ABOUT

Every piece she creates starts with a yarn.
Natural  silk, cotton, wool, linen or hemp  come to life with some  textile dye and  inspiration from all that surrounds her.
In love with color and texture, she designs and creates unique pieces of different kinds; tapestries, rugs, carpets, bags, fabrics for apparel and interior design.
Her favorite weaving technique is ondulé.
After working in film and television for many years as a costume designer, she now teaches at the School of Applied Arts an Design in Zagreb.
Her works were presented at numerous exhibitions and fashion shows in Croatia and Italy. 

2013 exhibits on 14th International Triennial of Tapestry, Lodz, Poland

A member of the DFDH (Croatian Society of Film Workers) and ULUPUH( Croatian Society of Artists of Applied Arts). Current chairman of the textile section of ULUPUH.
